I couldn't think of anywhere else in Akkeshi where you can eat oysters besides Conquillier. I was looking for a place to try local seafood other than Conquillier, and this restaurant was perfect. The oyster course was very reasonable priced.
During my touring trip from Miyazaki to Hokkaido, I made a stop and looked forward to eating authentic oysters in Akkeshi as a oyster lover. I went to a gourmet station nearby, but it was crowded with a long waiting time, so I searched nearby and visited this restaurant. I ordered the oyster course, which included oyster sushi rolls, boiled oyster salad, fried oysters, oyster simmered in the style of Yanagawa, and oyster miso soup, all of which were delicious. Unfortunately, it was too early in the season to have raw oysters. It was around 1:30 pm, but the restaurant was almost empty.
