Amy's Ice Creams - Houston

I love Amy's ice cream!! They have so many flavors: vegan, alcohol in some, ice/shave, fruit or sherbet and of course their regular 8 flavors they have daily. From about 20ish flavors 8 are the same and the rest are changed, I take weekly? From the 4 times I left, I enjoyed them all! And a huge plus is open until 12 o'clock! I enjoy a late night ice trip and this is the place to go!

This place has the BEST ice cream I’ve had in awhile!!!! The place is so lively inside and one of the workers was so funny and was trying to get customers to sing to the music for a free cone! This is now my go-to place for some delicious ice cream (I already finished majority of my ice cream before writing the review because it was so good

I love Amy's. Been going here for years, there is no ice cream place like it in Texas. Incredible selection of flavors, toppings, and they mix all in a terrific way. The service at this location is on the slow side, but its okay because the girls try their best and the quality of ice cream is top notch.

This was my first time coming in to Amy's and the customer service could have been better. I came in with my kids and Ms.Edna took our order. My son was trying to decide what topping he wanted and the lady proceeded to get an attitude and getting loud with me. Already being in the store she seen how many people we where and could've been more understanding. I get the line was long and they wanted to get it out but I'm a human being and theres certain ways to talk to someone. I had no attitude what so ever so I was shocked when spoken to like that. Ive been in the customer service industry for over 3 years and that's just unacceptable please train your employees on how to treat their customers.

I've only been here twice but both times were a great experience. (Went at night time) The man with the kilt is awesome at flipping ice cream!! I love watching him prepare the ice cream lol First time I went the line was long but it moved quickly. They change up some of their ice cream flavors and a couple of them are alcoholic <3 I really liked their strawberry (mixed it with matcha the 1st time and then jasmine the 2nd time). They sell shakes too which tasted pretty good according to my husband.Cute place with some seating and they also sell prepared ice cream cakes. Dogs are welcome in their outdoor porch area according to their signs. It's across the Halal place in a weird corner turn area but the cow on top of the place is easy to see.
