Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónPlaced a carryout order on 12/2 at 7pm, paid online and have the receipt with confirmation of my order for a total of $20.43 went into the store to pick up my order and walked in and was handed my pizza and was sent on my way. Nothing abnormal, didn 't have to sign anything because everything had been handled online, I didn 't leave a tip for a carryout order, never have. Two days later when the Domino 's location closed my order out and finalized it I was charged $30.43. I called the Domino 's location to figure out where the additional $10 tip came from and they said I left a $10 tip, I told the lady I was speaking with Shickana that I did not leave a tip and have the online receipt to prove it, and that I didn 't sign anything when I came into pick up my order. She proceeded to argue me down and tell me I did leave the tip even though she said she wasn 't at work friday night. I asked her if she could show me their receipt on their end to prove this, she said no but you left the tip. I told her to think about it my order was $20.43 why would I leave a 50% tip for a fast food pizza that I had to come and pick up.. She said well because this location is in a higher end area its not unusual for people to leave a 50% tip on their order. Again on a fast food pizza we are talking about...I asked her again to show me the receipt on their end, again she told me no and that there 's nothing she can do about it and that it has already happened. It 's not necessarily about the money it 's more about the Domino 's location thinking they can do this to customers and that they won 't notice and if they do notice they won 't do anthing about it.Someone from corporate can contact me at anytime but please don 't leave me some bs automated message saying to reach out to you at some email address I 'll never here from. You have my name you can find me in your system and reach out at anytime.
We were in Houston for business and were hungry (and it was late so we wanted something quick).I have never had such terrible service. We ordered online and the app/website said the pizza was being made and would be delivered in 30 minutes. Then nothing happened. We called multiple times and no one answered.Finally, two hours later, no pizza showed up and then they unceremoniously cancelled the order by automated email. No apologies or anything. We've tried to contact them without success.Just avoid them.
Online ordering is a mess and the experience has been greatly deteriorating over the past two years I've been using this Domino's. I've overlooked late deliveries, wrong orders and other stuff because it's always been pretty cheap but now I see that the minimum delivery charge is 20 dollars. I understand there's corporate stuff and all of that but that's a pretty egregious jump from the 10 dollars minimum. Sad to say but I'll probably abstain from ordering here from now on.This might be a blessing in disguise because I need to go on a diet anyways. So regretfully, thank you
Ordered online and did not get a freshly made pizza! I got home, opened the box and found a cold, hard pizza, Unbelievable! Never coming back!
Placed an order right before 12:00 AM online and was told me I would be able to pick it. I go to the store and I'm told my order was canceled even though the app said it was ready after waiting outside for 5 minutes. After I returned to my car I got an email telling me my order was canceled. Completely unacceptable and was a waste of time and gas to go to the restaurant and not be told my order was cancelled until I got there and was told I placed the order in time. Will never order from here again.
