Olive Garden Houston East Side

3:30pm- 2 people- $109 Smells like dirty mop water and mold when you walk in. Tables were filthy and sticky. Why seat every guest in one section on top of each other when the place is empty? Killed a fly with my menu before the meal even came. THE FOOD… I felt like I was eating a frozen dinner from the 80’s! Twenty dollars for boiled shrimp scampi with no flavor. Salad with large pieces of lettuce core. This place needs a serious overhaul.

The food, as always, was excellent! Our Server I was not to pleased with. He kept acknowledging what we wanted but then would get busy with other orders and forget about us. That being said, it was a busy night and the place was pretty crowded. All the handicapped parking was used so we had to ask if we could park in the pick up line parking. My sister-in-law has a mobility chair. I informed them of that when she sat us at our table which ended up being a booth. So we had to move because the mobility chair doesn't work at a booth.

Awesome A+ service. When I walked through the door, everyone at the counter acknowledged my entrance with a smile and immediately turned in my direction. All 3 of them spoke to me, and it looked like they were ready to serve me. (Or take my order. It was only after I spoke to each of them and engaged with one to take my order that the other 2 move on to do something else. Unfortunately, this is very rare in a lot of other places but still greatly appreciated.. Thanks! My take out order came to me faster than the last 3 fast food restaurants I drove through. And I can't wait to get home to enjoy what smells so delicious.. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The food and service were great. I jumped out of my comfort zone and tried a new dish: Shrimp Fritto Misto. It was delicious!

Food was good, but, our server was extremely disrespectful. She never introduced herself, she threw our coasters to us because it 's a very long table . It was a 7 seat table. She didn 't walk around to give a burning hot plate to my aunt and I burned my hands because of that. She almost hit my cousin in the face with a plate, almost spilled our drinks as she passed them through the center of the table, and all was done with an attitude. She then came back with a copy of our ticket asking why we didn 't tip her. We explained to her why she didn 't receive a tip and she got offended. Worst service ever
