Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónBrought my friend here on 12/14 to celebrate a milestone birthday. We were greeted at the front desk by some of the rudest Perry’s employees I’ve ever met in more than 30 years of coming to this restaurant (original location further down on Bay Area included). Both a female and male employee were speaking on phones (possibly personal calls) and continued to ignore us for more than 7 minutes. A third employee walked up, again ignoring us and started rummaging through a file box. After a minute or so, I asked if someone could help us as we had reservations. This person acknowledged our presence, and a few minutes later the male employee came around with menus and asked for Bryan(t), party of 2. My reservations were under the name Bryant and I wasn’t sure which name he said, so I responded with “I’m Bryant.” He rudely exclaimed “YOU’RE Bryan???” He then gave me a very condescending look, walked past me to another group and seated them. My friend and I were ready to leave, the 3rd female began to walk us to a table. Even after being seated, we still were not treated as valued customers and again got up to leave. At that point, we met our wonderful server, Humberto. Humberto promised that if we gave him a chance, he would give us the treatment we deserved. Humberto introduced to the GM who apologized for the start of our evening and comped our appetizers. I am so grateful Humberto convinced us to stay! He provided us with celebratory evening I had planned for my friend….the food was delicious, and service outstanding!!
Ordered 2 apps, Pork bites skewers and the seared scallops. 10oz fillet topped with lobster tail Loaded mashed and 3 cheese Mac Finished with Rocky road marble cake 2 drinks a Paloma and Berry mule. Paloma was the better of the 2. Great food service and ambiance.
Always amazing! The Friday pork chop special is such a great deal, too!
The filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare and so tender it could be cut with a fork.
My husband and I went on a Friday for lunch. It was packed! The hostess said they don't take walk-ins, it would be an hour and a half to be seated, so we sat at the bar to order drinks and food, but they called us for our table shortly after. Not sure why the hostess gave us a hard time. I ordered a coffee/caramel cocktail and it was good, but a little too sweet (which the bartender did warn me about). Our waiter was Jeremy, he did a great job. Very attentive. I had heard about the pork chop lunch special and I finally had it! It was really good! My husband and I actually split it and it was enough for both us. The bread they give you at the beginning was addicting! We also ordered the seasonal butternut squash. It was ok. I think it would have been better if it were diced and roasted instead of pureed. Overall, a really nice lunch! Definitely coming back!
