The Ginger Man - Houston

I have a small village in the village, so it is only a few minutes walk away when the weather cooperates. I love this place! Small little pub in the village.

It's been a decade since I visited The Ginger Man... I'm getting old. I finally made my return after seeing that Alabama is being smashed into the nationals.

That you were going is a fantastic example of what I think should be a big local pub. the building is older but has a charm in the creaky floor and cozy.

The Ginger Man has an awesome pub atmosphere, as well as, a lot of great beer/huge selection of beers. Additionally, it was nice and quiet for a Friday, which I’m not sure if that is normal but it was awesome. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone if you’re looking for a great beer or cocktail!

This is a fantastic little place. I almost don't want to give a nice review because I don't want it to get crowded lol. The ambiance is that of a calm pub yet the broad beer selection and outdoor patio makes this a great spot to have a nice, fun and even intimate time. They recently added some liquor options for those who don't do beer... Overall, best, hidden-gem type spot in the area.
