Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic bread for delivery. Unfortunately, the garlic bread was forgotten. The restaurant offered to come back, but we declined as the pizzas would have gotten cold. They gave us a refund, but it was disappointing not to receive what we ordered. It seems like the business is doing well. The driver was polite, but there seemed to be a miscommunication between him and the restaurant staff.
I stopped by a nearby pizza shop and received excellent customer service. I got exactly what I ordered - the pizzas looked and tasted fantastic. It was a great value for the price. They also had a variety of upscale pizzas at reasonable prices. I especially enjoyed the "fire breather" for those who enjoy a bit of spice.
We now order takeout pizza almost once a week. I have celiac disease and strictly follow a gluten-free diet due to severe reactions. I was hesitant to try gluten-free options at a fast food restaurant, as I have gotten seriously ill from cross-contamination at reputable restaurants in the past. However, I have been ordering from here for nearly 2 years and have never had any issues. The gluten-free pizzas taste delicious and the online ordering system makes it convenient and easy.
Store has a dirty facade and interior. Disinterested staff with no sales technique. Pizza was dry (despite the requested extra cheese) with almost no tomato sauce, and we definitely did not have to worry about wayward cheese strings. Nothing else to say-waste of time and money. Below average.
I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. We ordered from the Hove store at 6.20 on Saturday 30th July 2016. Was told 30 mins for delivery. Rang at 7.00 when it was 10 minutes overdue. Eventually told that the pizzas were still at the store. Then got cut off. Rang back, on hold. Wife eventually got through at 7.20 and was told it was in the car on the way. 20 minutes later still no pizza. She rings and is on hold for another 20 minutes then when she finally got through she was cut off again. We gave up and went to McDonald's. Its now 9.00, over two whole hours since our pizza was supposed to be here. Guess what? Nothing. No phone call and no delivery.
