Drove 40 minutes to eat here on a Friday night. We called online and both said they were open until 10:00. We arrived at 8:10 and the door was closed. I called and the girl who answered was very rude and said they closed early to train someone. No excuse. Time and gas when it's over $4/Gallon.
Always enjoy the food and we often order, BUT the customer service is getting worse and worse. Often our pizza is delivered wrong, which is honest OK as long as the company can fix this or make it right. We ordered for a group of people and 2 of 4 pizzas were wrong, 1/2 of one was totally unusable. We ate 3 out of 4 and revealed this information on the phone when you call back. The driver brought 2 new pizzas, but they wouldn't give us because we didn't have 2 full pizzas to return to the store. We had THREE hungry and screaming toddlers, so yes, even if the pizza wasn't close to being right, we took all the blows and fed the children. Still annoyed we have paid for pizzas that we have never received, the manager on site was rude, and we had only a general bad experience. The driver was a super sweet girl who was quite uncomfortable with the situation where her manager put her in.
Edit 7/3/2020 ordered a hot fold and buffalo sticks. I understand it's a busy weekend, but I shouldn't have to be asked to pull forward and wait almost 20 minutes for buffalo sticks. Service is actively getting worse. And when I get home, the buffalo sticks that I waited for aren't even presented well.(See picture)
Big pizza and is every bit as good as some of the most popular pizza spots in the Youngstown area.
