Terrible service. Walked in to place order. No one works the front registers. They expect everyone to use the kiosks where there was a line of customers. They ignore you standing at the register. I had a question about drink cup sizes and tried several times to get someone's attention. They just look at you and ignore you. They expect everyone to go through the drive thru.

The Spanish lady 9:40am Thursday feb 8 started to swear to me in Spanish after I made my order. Insanely rude. She lucky I didn’t ruin her day and talk to her manager about her language

You could quite literally be the only person in line like I was a few nights ago and still get the incorrect order. The only thing impressive is how they managed to make a simple order wrong constantly.

It's not just a sauce, it's the vital finishing touch the wrong one can make your meal seem entirely irrelevant, and that’s what happened to me!!! The ranch makes me shake my bum like there’s no tommorow…. Needless to say there was no bum shaking tonight.
