Baskin-robbins Ice Cream - Humble

Excellent customer service! The staff is incredibly friendly. They offer a fantastic variety of ice cream cakes and flavors. It's a lovely spot for family gatherings.

**UPDATE:** During my recent visit, there were different staff members, and I received excellent service! The young man who assisted me, named Steven, was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. He engaged me in more meaningful conversation than just the usual "How can I help you?" When I asked to sample a flavor, Steven took the extra step to check if I had any peanut allergies, which I really appreciated. He maintained a bright smile the entire time and made my experience memorable from start to finish. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any Baskin-Robbins location. I had considered not returning due to previous experiences with rude employees, including at the Summerwood location. I truly hope that other staff members can take a cue from Steven when it comes to customer service!

The two young employees working this evening (01/27) were incredibly polite, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. My husband and I are frequent visitors to this location, but tonight was particularly memorable. We noticed they were quite busy for a long time, both inside and at the drive-thru, yet they handled everything smoothly.

Cake decorator name Shah was so helpful and patient with me picking out a cake for my granddaughter. She decorated the cake so beautiful!!!! I left out a happy customer and will return to this location because of her great customer service and how pretty she decorates.

This Baskin Robbins location is small but has extra seating outdoors. Apart from the ice cream they also sell a very good selection of take home items like ice cream cakes and quarts of selected ice creams. Their selection of ice cream flavors are very diverse plus you can add special topics or order special items like shakes.
