Ihop - Huntington Beach

I visited this restaurant for a Thanksgiving breakfast and ordered the sampler platter, which was fantastic! However, I made the mistake of trying to substitute Belgian waffles for the pancakes, which ended up costing me an extra $15, so be cautious about that. Overall, the food was excellent, and the staff were very polite. They even took care of the extra charge once I brought the mistake to their attention. Everything else was spot on—great service and wonderful people!

I tried one of the new breakfast combos and was disappointed to find that the crepe I ordered was served as a single item, while everything else came in pairs or more. The crepe option felt less satisfying for its price. I chose the lemon ricotta crepe, but it was overly grainy and did not taste good at all. My hash browns were extremely overcooked; they were shaped like a Pop-Tart and I could lift the entire piece with my fork without it falling apart. The bacon was cooked inconsistently as well. As for the service, there was only one server and they no longer offer flavored creamers. Overall, it was not a great experience.

I haven't been to an IHOP in ages, but my breakfast with my sponsor was fantastic. If no one had mentioned that our server, Modesto, was working solo, I wouldn't have even noticed. He was so efficient! As a former server and restaurant owner myself, I would have been proud to have him on my team. Thank you to the owner!

Not happy, the IHOP I knew as a young man is gone. Pancakes were dry and stupid expensive. A short stack was $12. Coffee is served in Honestly A Babies Cup the tiniest coffee cup I ever could only put one finger through to hold up. My hand waspractically three times the size of the coffee cup. Just silly dumb. The breakfast, two eggs, hash browns, sausage (2) and toastwas $13. One baby cup coffee ? $4. My breakfast total was $30 without tax or tip included. I 'm sorry the chain has lost it 'sway. Badly ????????????

After a busy day, my husband and I decided to stop by IHOP for a light breakfast dinner. The restaurant wasn't crowded, the service was excellent, and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the food as well.
