Taco Bell - Huntington Park

Worst drive thru ever takes like 10 min to get your food they hold you back before you drive up towards the drive thru window I hate it!!

This place is lower-class. On more than one occasion, when going through the drive-thru I have gone home to find my tacos crushed in pieces. I stopped using the drive-thru. Instead, upon entering there is I one at the cash register and you have to eait for someone to come by to take your order. No one is polite. No one says hello, thank you, or sorry.

Even though they had a long line it didn?t take long to drive up to the window and get my food. They got my order correct, even threw in extra sauces !

Ordered online. Only half my order was there. Called the store 8 times no one answered. Drove from Inglewood back to HP, had to get more gas. Not their problem. But walked in an it took 10 minute for someone to come to the counter. When I told the girl what happened, she just took the bag and walked away. Unconcerned or bothered. She didn't say I'm sorry or nothing. Worse custody service EVER. Won't be visiting there. Drive thru girl and the staff are all playing around laughing and not concerned about orders or the customers. Someone needs to bring management in. I will travel further for better service. HP Taco Bell sucks. And this isn't the first time.

Horrible STAFF really unprofessional when ordering in the drive thru staff doesn?t pay attention when ordering you say 2 items and they put 1 you ask questions and they never respond lazyyyyy staff I ORDERED A BEAN AND CHEESE BURRITO JUST BEAN AND CHEESE when about to pay SEBASTIAN THE WORKER IN DRIVE THRU STICKS HAND OUT TO MAKE US WAIT FARTHER BACK IN LINE IDK WHYY I NICELY ASKED IF MY BURRITOS ONLY HAD BEAN AND CHEESE and said they had ONION i told him i just wanted just bean and cheese and refused to change my order he said he told us to double check the screen when we ordered he never once told us to check the screen but with the biggest ATTITUDE never again will i come buy at this location thanks to your rude worker SEBASTIAN !! over 2 burritos of $1.79 !!! And aside of it couldn?t take off the onion from the burritos my kids couldn?t even eat it ? it was loaded with onion GROSS ???? i called location to report him and GUESS WHAT PHONE IS BUSY ????
