Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy family recently relocated to Texas, and when we settled into our new home in Huntsville, the Agriturismo was the first restaurant we visited while exploring the area. The food is truly outstanding, the staff is consistently friendly and courteous, and they serve the best cookies I've ever had. We are really enjoying our life in Huntsville, and we love dining at the Agriturismo!
So a unique place with a comfortable atmosphere of families, people from the church, and the general feeling of comfort from the staff as well. It was like at home with a quiet, peaceful and eclectic feeling from inside to outside. Beautiful views, fresh smells of Lake Livingston, the sounds of birds from a distance that leads to a place of peace. If this is not enough, every dish will be displayed well and tastes perfection! Thank you for sharing such a nice place with us. The Sharp Downs family
What an incredible place! The service was outstanding, and the food was phenomenal. We left completely satisfied and even took home leftovers. Definitely worth the trip! We will be returning!
The staff was super (Emily our waitress) service was on point. Chicken fried steak was the best I ever had, the brown engraving was great, will try the white engraving next time, Kornbrot was brilliant. The decor was super sweet. The only negative was that the glasses were neblig/chipped. We'll be back soon.
As for the meal, I have no complaints. The steak used in both entrees was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The slaw had a nice balance of sweetness without being overwhelming. However, the fried okra was a bit of a letdown; it lacked crunch but appeared to be homemade. The gravy on the country fried steak was excellent, and my wife finished her entire portion, so it must have been delicious! I had the Montreal steak, which was similar to fajita meat with cheese, peppers, and onions, and it was very tasty as well. For dessert, this place really shines with its pies and cakes. We tried the strawberry pie, and it was simply out of this world! They also had a poppy seed lemon cake, but unfortunately, it was sold out at the time—we’ll definitely be back to try that. Overall, this is a hidden treasure in the heart of Huntsville, TX, and absolutely worth a visit! I just wish our waitress had been a bit more attentive. As a bonus, they offer a 10% discount for veterans, which was a nice touch. We will definitely return!
