I have been coming to this restaurant for years, but it no longer meets my expectations. While the menu remains the same, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. I wouldn't recommend ordering the chicken—it's extremely dry. Additionally, the new night manager was quite rude, displaying unprofessional behavior towards our server right at our table in the open dining area. The café seems outdated, with old equipment that makes you wait far too long for a cup of coffee. Overall, the Westin has seen better days, and I've decided that my future stays will be at The Jefferson instead. It's disheartening to witness such a lovely place turn into a perfume-scented venue with staff who seem unhappy and unmotivated. That said, the staff at check-in were excellent, and our blonde server was fantastic, despite the rude and unprofessional behavior of her boss. I truly hope she finds a job that appreciates her talents because she deserves much better.

The aesthetics of this place is beautiful! Our server Jasmine “Big Jas” was very professional, yet helpful and good energy. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience.
