We came to the restaurant at 19:30 (we booked a table in advance) and at 21:10 we didn’t even get the main dish yet. The restaurant wasn’t fully booked. The staff forgot to give a spoon to the soup, that is fine, but the waiting time killed the really good food (we got a starter, yeeey) and a wine (good chardonney) Then at 22:05 came the dessert my boyfriend ordered cheese with flamed banana. He got just cheese with some olives and when he asked about it he heard “oh, we didn’t have more bananas” I mean come on, what are we at? Kindergarten? Sucks we paid for the food in advance since I wouldn’t pay for the cheese he got... If a manager of this place is reading it: please train your staff!! Your food is amazing but your staff is destroying everything. The couple next to us had several issues with them too. They don’t know how to treat a customer and I really don’t need to be pampered. When you don’t have more food just mention that to the customer so he have a chance to order something else. If the waiting time for the food is long, send your staff to customers and inform them about it, chat with them at least that will make their experience better and maybe they would like to come back. Right now the food says to me “come back” but because of everything I experience today (I got mad waiting for the food, mad when my boyfriend got something different and heard no sorry or anything) I wont be back, Im sorry. Wish you all the best though, food was super delicious.
The adress is a bit strange, normally not connected to a better resturant, but hey we were invited so we went on in a good mood friday evening, what could go wrong, good relaxed work week was over so looking for a different experience, arriving was good parking place piece of cake lots of space available, good start, the resturant looked good from outside, nice enviorenment, really a surprice was good design, so we were growing our expectation for the food, we started with a glas jar with potatoes smoked cremay cheese and herbs, smoke was added so when the let was lifted a nice smell arise to your nose, and have to say that was really very good and tasty, loved it simple dish with full taste, so ordered beef tenderloin, named as house special, and oh god it was super, did not need the knife, for dessert i took the easy choice just some cheese, and was good, all together a fine weel done meal, satisfied I went into the night filled the stummy and feeling good, worth a try.
Lovely surburbian restaurant with friendly and professional staff. Weekly are well assorted and accompanied by well selected wine menu. Prices are fair...
So wonderful an experienceable setting, lovely mood, engaged staff
By an expensive restaurant that hits up as a quality place with high prices, it was really a disappointment.
