Subway - Hyannis

This particular location has an extremely wonderful crew they certainly hook you up and the place is clean they are Pleasant they always have $5 footlongs by the way they might not be the choice you wish but they are always there... Just saying Unfortunately the staff has changed in the past few weeks and the service now SUCKS, the tall blonde young man is no longer there. Someone who loved his job so much was wrongfully terminated, they couldn't pay him enough to do the job he did and his demeanor was so friendly and pleasant. It's too bad. I know allot of my friends and co-workers that will go elsewhere for lunch. This makes me sad, he always put a smile on his face, no matter my mood.

I would not recommend this place. We went and requested for 10 sandwiches. There was only 1 customer behind us even though employee rudely said he can't make 10 sandwiches and made only 5 sandwiches. We requested for wheat bread, we saw there were many wheat bread but employee refused on our face and didn't give wheat bread. Also, employee was racist, unprofessional and extremely rude. There are many subways in that area, pls go to different location. Also, complaining about this experience in Subway headquarters.

Staff is a tad rude. The amount of items they give you now is half what it used to be

Terrible experience.. I’m visiting cape cod for the first time and turned out either subways here sucks or this location don’t know how to make a simple sandwich. The associate clearly didn’t know how to make a sandwich.. she broke my bread and it leads to everything leaking out. I got a foot long and she put toppings on only half of the sandwich. The other half didn’t have anything but meat and lettuce. I’m a subway lover and can say this was the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had.

I ordered a veggie delight. I paid extra $2 for avocado , which I never got. The bread was stale. I won’t be going to this Subway again.
