I worked on a cracker barrel and that was never so bad and burnt! what happens, cracker barrel?! you went down in every aspekt. they even allow the employees to wear what they want! and the service was terrible. I was told that eating was always so bad!
We've been at this place for several years. we had good days and bad, never less; we still protect. I am also sensitive to the needs of service animals. I know several friends and relatives who require the use of a service dog. the restaurant staff can not ask the person whether the dog service is required when they come to the load. I think there should be a new directive to inform their guests about whether they want to sit next to a table with a dog. I don't want to eat with a dog sitting on the table instead of on the floor. I don't want to eat more than $30 with a dog next to me. I asked one of the workers about the policy to have dogs at the table while the guests eat. they answered how I thought and said they can't ask, but they said that they sometimes feel as if this courtesy is not being monitored fairly. it seems as if more and more human animals are being introduced and they are inviting them to a trend in this table. they do not get this message. I did not make it to my dinner TABLE... I would ask if someone would make it up to sit next to a dog while eating it. our tables were very close together and it ruined my morning appetit and experience. we're going to look for another place. since the last 4 have visited more and more dogs (within the last 3 months) only my experience and my understanding.
Great eating, full teller and great staff! recommended when they long a good, hearty, southern, comfort food! I love her breakfast, mac and cheese, and chicken fried chicken. I usually get the grandmother sampler to breakfast or chicken with three sides. both meal times leave me extra for the next day. Many paints are enough for two completely separate meals. the only thing I don't like is to order them by third. they tend to screw up or forget a lot of things. in person is great. her little business is also sweet with something for everyone.
Our server was very good. we waited for our food after we hired our order. the manager apologized and we said it was okay. we didn't want to have a discount or free meal. at cracker barrel sitting customers too close and talk is not easy. eating was marginal. it's not what I remember to be. we can't go back to cracker barrel. the employees were extremely helpful and friendly so that this review does not apply to them.
We ordered the Thanksgiving meal kit and didn’t receive the rolls that were included in the kit. We called the store and were on the phone for 30 minutes on hold and didn’t get connected to a manager until 4 employees later. When we finally spoke to the manager, they didn’t apologize or try to make amends for the inconvenience. We also got our rolls finally but they weren’t remotely close to what the picture in the brochure looked like. Very disappointed and will never order Thanksgiving meal kit again. Terrible customer service.
