Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI went there a few days ago, they weren’t busy at all. I have not had the best experience with this Starbucks or the Markland mall one. I totally recommend this Starbucks because I was only in the drive through for about 15 minutes. When I ordered a drink I was wanting they explained that they were out of a certain item. I work fast food as well so I get it. However, they did tell me what they had. They were very friendly. I got to the window and they had a smile on their face and had my drinks made quickly. I don’t recommend the Markland Starbucks because they’re not as friendly as this one.
This particular location always makes my drinks exactly how I want them. And that's extremely hard t find nowadays, so thank you to the team at this location because I'm very lactose and very specific.
Very helpful front counter staff. My kids were happy with their cake pops and pink drinks! They did get my name wrong, (Its Katie not Kaylee. but as I told my kids; it's part of the experience.
I absolutely love there matcha! I try to go at least 3 or 4 times a week to get my matcha with 7 pumps of vanilla! I also love there bacon gruyere egg bites, omg they're delicious! It always makes my mornings better!
Lobby is closed due to staffing shortages which is understandable. I stopped by on my motorcycle and asked an employee if they could still take my order because I couldn't go through drive thru on my motorcycle. Said they would only take an order if I ordered in a mobile order, and since I did not have my phone with me I was unable to get anything. Other places in town like cone palace have had the same issue with staffing and were still accommodating of customers on motorcycles unable to use the drive thru. Really poor customer service.
