Tgi Fridays Indianapolis (downtown)

Eating and table service was very good. we had an open table reserved for a big party. we were not there where we were ready. the front of the house personnel were unorganized and seem confused about those made online reservations.

Low customer service. made a reservation and had to wait. the recipe ignores us while we spoke to friends who have never come. had to ask for cutlery and serviettes after our escapes were brought to the table. quite a catastrophe. others waited for 45 minutes before sitting.

Close to many attractions and let adults go drinks. Prices are slightly high

The food was good. Fries were cold, they had to make them new. Service was great. Cant remembered her name she expected.

The food was good this time however I have been to this location many times it can be a hit or miss but in this vist the food was great!
