Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónDuring my time in Los Angeles, California, this restaurant was at the corner of the Hampton Hotel. At first I saw it and it did not attract my attention; but one day after noon I decided to go in, and I saw that their menu was extensive, there were also salads I was looking for for my diet to lose weight. Even when ordering the salad, I doubted that it would be good, they call my round and I have to eat. You write and are guided away from the environment where the website is located, we even make prejudices of a place without thinking that after the pandemic many large companies have closed. It is very easy to sit and write, hidden in a place in the world, but we need to learn that not everything that looks bad is. A very tasty salad I have eaten at the place, of good size and very good price, according to its size and preparation. A refil glass where I could have a diet potion and a clean room inside. I saw the people who entered and entered, I understood that they not only sold chickens, as their name says, they sell many other delicious dishes at a very good price. You can pay, order and collect by credit card or buy in your self-order room. Days later I went for more food because they close at 10:00 and I was already convinced that it is a very good option for all people who like chicken in their different presentations, or even for those who want a fresh and delicious salad. In short, I think that the place is very suitable for the whole family, and that the restaurant remains the best for its customers.
I visited this el pollo loco at 11331 hawthorne blvd, inglewood, about 90304 for lunch. the chicken was not freshly grilled and were old. they were grilled at least one day earlier! fresh grills are not dried, hard and cold! the amount of salt/sodium in the chickens and the beans were very high!
I ordered a chicken tostada, and it turned out to be quite dry. Additionally, when I got to my hotel, I realized there were no utensils in the bag. I've had better experiences at other El Pollos in Orange County. I used the drive-thru and ordered shrimp tacos, but when I went to pay, I was informed that the shrimp was still frozen and was advised to choose something else. I won’t be returning.
How is it possible for Pollo Loco to serve an Original Pollo Bowl without any chicken? I received a bowl filled only with rice, beans, and salsa. This location is truly disappointing—there's always an issue. From closing the drive-thru early because they set their own hours to constantly getting orders wrong. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because of the friendly service. Otherwise, I would give it no stars if that were an option.
Are there stones in the beans? The patrons here are a gamble. Now the restaurant has closed its doors and we can't place orders after 8 PM. The drive-thru line never moves, and when you finally receive your food, it feels like only half the staff knows how to prepare a proper BRC.
