Panda Express - Iowa City

They noodles was So dry and they tasted plain, the orange chicken was hot and good, the spring roll tasted old.

Polite employees! One of my go-to fast food options in Iowa City.

I order orange chicken every time and it's under cooked and/or not enough sauce every time. I don't know why I keep coming back and hoping to get the orange chicken that I know I love.

What happened!! Seriously, I got more rice and chow mein. I got like 4 strips of teriyaki chicken and few orange chicken ?. This plate was almost $11 like really!!! Shame on you Panda..

My plate wasn't as full as normal.. my extra side of white rice was 80% full and so was my 3 other sides. I called to tell manager.. the guy answered said there's no manager or supervisor on duty.. and he didn't care. When I go back I'm taking my receipts with me. Then I'll talk to mgr.i do know the mgr and she's amazing
