El Pollo Loco - Irvine

I didn't actually eat there, but I'm happy to know that there is a new restaurant nearby for my family and I to try. Good food is always enjoyable, and the service can sometimes be overlooked when the food is delicious and suitable for a family meal.

I found their coleslaw to be unpleasant in taste and smell, and their salad seemed to be made with old lettuce. After eating, I felt unwell and suspect there was a problem with the food. I will not be dining at this restaurant again.

I had to wait an additional five minutes for my meal, but I didn't mind. After being directed to a specific area, my meal was brought to me. In a rush, I didn't check the bag. When I got home, I found that the salsa had spilled inside and there was no salad dressing for my two salads. I wanted to call and speak to the manager about it, but no one answered the phone.

The clerks work there are supposed to be fired and never get a job. They let me waited for another 30 minutes when I already placed an pick up order online 30 minutes in advance. They didn?t give me any utensils?I guess they wanna me eat by hands. They didn?t give me any sauce. I also got the sides which was not what I ordered. Totally ridiculous.

This is the best running and cleanest El Pollo Loco we? That's it. The manager worked hard to support his employees by removing garbage (washing the hands every time), cleaning the toilets, managing his staff and leading the front registers. Amazing staff and restaurant.
