Morrisons - Isle of Wight

Food was OK Staff were friendly Toilets were so bad that I walked out without using them Sign on the wall said checked that hour. If they were it was.by someone with no sense of smell

Store itself is fine. Needed to visit the ladies Toilets. Only 2 out of 3 usable. One out of order. Only 1 tap working no soap! Come on, Morrisons. Sort it out, please.

Dirty floor and tables. Ordered Vegetarian Sausages and Mash with peas and gravy. Gravy was thick and difficult to pour, vegetarian sausages overcooked and tiny (not the same size as normal quorn sausages you can buy) . The only decent thing were the peas. Staff were moaning about having to hand wash as the dishwasher was broken and that they were understaffed. Will not be visiting again.

Do not expect a friendly welcome from this inconvenient supermarket if you are walking. It is clear that they prioritize car drivers, with few open tills and blocked exits near closing time. The staff seem just as unhappy as the customers. A very disappointing experience. M S is located just across the car park, where you may have to spend more money but the quality is much better and you may even receive a smile.

Beautifully cooked full English breakfast. Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Chef was even singing. I had the chance to go anywhere for breakfast because it was my birthday. I chose Morrisons because I had eaten breakfast there a week before and it was delicious. Keep up the good work.
