Mercantile Cafe - Isleta Pueblo

The breakfast burrito was good today, though a little greasier than I remember last time. Still highly recommended!!

Nice place to try within the Sawmill Market. Tried the avocado toast. Large pieces of bread so come hungry or split with a friend. I was very hungry and could not finish. Partly because it was a lot of very tasty bread but also it was not very toastedso it did get a bit too mushy by the time I got to the other half. The lack of toastiness did allow the plastic utensils to cutthrough with ease. Plenty of avocado and toppings. The green were very nice but could do without the long stems. If I order thisagain I will request more toast on the toast and maybe less schmear. The menu looked interesting and I would try this placeagain.

I have been to the Mercantile cafe twice and my experience has been terrible both times. The food is not that great, the cashier was not friendly and it took between 25 to 30 min to get our food. The first time I thought I caught them on a bad day but thesecond time was just as bad. There are a lot of other restaurants in the Saw Mill that provide a lot better experience.

Had the French toast and was disappointed. Sounds great but it?s just not very flavorful or well made
