Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI am disappointed with the quality of food I received at your McDonald's restaurant in Islington chapel market Angel on 7/11/23. The chicken burger I ordered did not meet my expectations for McDonald's standards.
Fortunately, one employee treated me with respect, but I was unable to contact Uber Eats to resolve the issue. After waiting for an hour and receiving no food, I had to walk back and forth from the restaurant, wasting three hours of my time. I will be contacting HR to ensure that this manager receives proper training so that others do not have the same experience. It was shocking to see a manager behave so aggressively and incompetently, then hide behind his employees. I still have not received my refund from McDonald's and am unable to contact Uber Eats.
We placed our order in person at 3am. After waiting for 2 hours, we were still waiting for our number 29 while number 80s were being served. When we spoke to the staff, we were told that sometimes it could take up to 4 hours. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had.
Will never go back to this place even if the paid ME. Stomach ache for the rest of the day and evening
I asked the server for a barbecue sauce and she threw onto my tray with a dirty look and no politeness whatsoever. My apologies for asking for a sauce! It's not the first time staff have been provocatively rude when I've been here. I've seen this rude attitude with many other customers here. The managers need to remember that they are in the United Kingdom and a surely attitude to customers is not acceptable. This branch is filth and other reviews reflect this. The American founders of McDonald's would turn in their graves if they saw this place! Sort it out guys!
