Betos restaurant is wonderful but the waiters turn off the air conditioning so that customers leave when they want to leave. Absurd. I went for a birthday there, and when it was 11:15 pm it was horribly hot, so I called the waiter and asked: why did you turn off the air conditioning? He got really embarrassed, I told him: I'm not going to pay the bill until you call again, if you want to leave, fine, but it's a lack of respect what you do to make us feel hot to leave. The betos owner has to be aware of this. The waiter said it was the manager who hung up, I told him: I'll only pay the bill if they turn on the air, so the manager called. Absurd and revolting, lack of respect for customers!
