Subway - Jackson Heights

I make an online order here. The sandwiches came without the sauce and almost nothing inside. Very little lettuce and just 3 jalapeños in the whole sandwich. I was very disappointed

I placed an online order, but the restaurant never acknowledged it, and neither did they inform the supplier. I've called several times without any resolution. We even went to the restaurant only to find out they hadn't received our order and refused to prepare it. When we decided to place the order again in person, we ended up having to pay twice. They also failed to fulfill our original order correctly. While the service and location are nice, I don’t think it’s worth the money. I would recommend going to any other place instead.

Excellent dining experience, friendly staff, and a consistently wonderful atmosphere. They offer reasonable prices, and the food quality is exceptional. Great job!

Complete chaos and a lack of care in food preparation. For your own peace of mind, I recommend choosing a different restaurant.
