Olive Garden Italian

The waitress was friendly on top of things. The food was too big and big portions but delicious bathroom was very clean

I just gotta do it, 5 stars! Two visits in two months and both were great experiences. I hadn't eaten at an olive garden in over a decade but last month after an intense bowling session the gang and I needed some food. We pulled up a little late, but the staff assured us it was no problem (always feels rude to roll up to a business right before they close). Our hostess was personable and hilarious. Great server, he was funny and attentive and felt like he was part of our crew. Our second visit recently was Saturday night, the 15th. Everything was once again wonderful. Staff was personable and friendly, especially our server. He was one of the most attentive servers I've had in recent memory. I'm thinking the folks working at this Jackson location have a pretty good team going for themselves right now. I hope olive garden is paying these folks a fair wage, because from what I can tell they are going above and beyond what I'd come to expect from a chain restaurant. One last thing, the calamari is the best you'll find. Breading, texture, consistency....Gordon Ramsay himself would be stoked on those bad boys.

Great appetizers and dessert. Service was great as well. It was great just to be able to get out for our anniversary and have a quiet place to go. Not nearly as busy as what it use to be before the pandemic.

The manager Jennifer was incredibly helpful! My dad and I accidentally went to the wrong Olive Garden and they were amazing. Jennifer called the other Olive Garden and got our order and was so kind and had amazing customer service. I would definitely come here again thanks to this wonderful experience and would review this with more stars if I could! The staff is so kind I highly recommend eating here again!

Amazing staff. Food was super filling and was offered multiple times to take food and drinks home. Loved it! Eating the rest right now at 10:10 PM.
