Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónSo my wife goes in and orders my sandwich just to find out that the employee told her she could just grab mustard packs like really Zaxby's are your employees so lazy that they don't wanna put a squirt of mustard on a sandwich when it's originally ordered that way. Not impressed at all with store or it's rude employees.
Worst service ever. went there about 30 minutes to close, and they weren’t taking drive thru orders, and complained when we went up the the counter to order.
The actual food is adequate and what you 'd expect of any Zaxby 's no issues there. Unfortunately, dine in service is about as close to non existent as it could be. I 've been in twice in the last three months. Both times multiple employees will look at you and look away 'ain 't my job) and not even let someone know that someone is ready to order. My most recent visit I waited about 4 minutes with four different employees making eye contact with me. I finally asked if someone was around to take an order. The response I got was not right now, we are too busy with the drive thru . I get that everywhere is not what it used to be, but I won 't be stopping by here again.
Food was ok. Very slow and un organized. Took over 30 mins to get a chicken sandwich.
They keep half of your food. Tell you to pull up to the rail and still give you cold food. Especially at night. They have billed my card several times for the same meal. Been trying to get information almost a week. Do not use credit ? card here!! Spoke with GENERAL MANAGER and still nothing!!! The owners need to honestly start over with a whole new crew. Not enough communication/Young crew and management/Slow drive thru/ Messed up card machine in changing times =Loss of $Parking: Lots of parking.
