6/3/2022; 1220-1330 Between Yelp and Google I see a lot of negative reviews in recent months. This is my first time in this particular place. I was immediately disappointed upon arrival. When I was greeted by the hostess, I wondered if I had a place outside. I was quickly informed that outside seats weren't available because it's too hot that the waiting staff work outside?. Excuse me? It's 90F outside, and I was more than ready to sit outside. I've been working dinner and bed before. Not working outside when seats were provided was never an option. I have also worked various farm and hardware jobs that work outside despite the heat. I'm sitting at a table near the bar. While I was sitting, I was constantly damaged by fruit flies and flies. It may sound silly to complain about it; considering that I wanted to sit outside. But this is expected outside. In the end, the bartender who tilted the Hi-Top tables must have been closer to the end of their shift. I just thought of myself and never asked her to leave her way to submit an order or to ask for a drink. Instead of asking if there's anything else I want, I'll get a check. It seems to me that she wants to get out and leave as soon as possible. All in all this was my least enjoyable experience with a BWW. And I will never return. After looking at a lot of reviews between Yelp or Google in recent months, it looks like there are more negative reviews than positive, which can only mean that management is not an appropriate task of maintaining a staff in good work order. How can someone incompetent have a job in management? I had planned for a while and continued order, but instead I will never come back. I do not recommend anyone who ever uses this facility.
HORRIBEN Two weeks ago... really needed to post this. Roaches were in the resturant on the next table while the customers eat. Staff came out and beat the toboggan with a tray while it was on the table after the family moved. The whole restaurant stinks! Carpet has not been changed for years and the smell proves it! Usually the service is slow and disordered. Not this time. The waitress was good, but the rumours, villains and unprofessional actions of another waitress lasted NIE RETURN!
Well, it was my first time ever ordered by buffalo wild wings. I order Caesar Salat and a 30 peace BONELESS WITH FRIES. I was the last order of the night when I and my wife came there a little before graduation. I get about 10 minutes away and I checked my food completely the wrong order that I recall no one answered, I went back to the place where they were closed. I called the next day to see if I could watch this because I didn't even eat the wings where they were without pommes, as you can understand that I was a little upset when you put your mind on a particular thing you want it especially when you paid near 50 49.74 to be exact. I called the next day, I talked to someone about a refund they said that for the next day I talked to Brad, and he took the information necessary and said I would be refunded between 3 to 5 working days here it will be 10 working days in the second week to be exact and still no refund. I was told that the order is no longer in the system so that they could not raise my sum, and that they would have to talk to the company about getting my refund. Admittedly, we all sometimes take losses, but 49.74 for something they got wrong, and I didn't even eat. Yes, I want to solve the problem. The worst part of everything my wife has paid for the order, so not only that they get the order wrong that I could not enjoy, I have a woman nagging me about her refund that is out of my control and of what I was told that I did not come back. I never have to try out these boneless wings, and as much as I want, I don't think I'm going to order from there again unless this problem is dealt with.
Visited on march 14 Dana was the only waitress but she did a fabulous job. There were 5 of us and my mother did not get her food until we were all almost done eating!! Our waitress did inform us that the food might not all come out at the same time and we were ok with that but we expected a couple of minutes apart... my mothers food took way too long. Dana did keep us informed and repeatedly checked on it and was so nice. Food was very good. The overall restaurant was not clean at all.
