Panda Express - Jacksonville

This is my second time food from this place and havin hair in my food first time I just stopped going there the second time, it was months and I try again hair I?m never back

It was good. The young lady who served me was shy and I think the manager sent her here to apologize. It wasn't a big deal at all, and I talked to her and said I felt good and was not upset and hope she did good and nothing came from it. Place was very clean. Well lit, well occupied, service was prompt. Parking was also very clean. I'd say it's a safe area. The food was good and so were the portions. The manager was visible and attentive. He made eye contact. Everything went great and I was happy. I visited a few times. It is a great option for pickups and crashes at the airport and in front of a movie. My Con: When I came in, I noticed an employee who probably took a brake and smoked a cigarette. That's okay, I just don't know how the people who treat my food just smoked. Even if they wash them? back hands and wear gloves. Maybe they could smoke outside.

Every time! Something on our order is grounded at this point. I hope someone enjoys my dinner I ordered. Seafood allergy and they give us shrimps. Smh. I called there as soon as I came home and noticed that no one will answer the phone, even after the call and let it ring. Stop cooking your rice just because you are? I'm busy. Nobody likes crispy rice. Inability for every encounter here.

Since I've eaten here since a child, the quality has worsened every time I came back. This Panda Express is a gamble to be honest. Some days (short now) the orange chicken is very tasty and the fried rice is excellent. In these days the orange chicken is not edible and hard and roasted rice overcooked or undercooked. If your lucky day, you can try to get good food here. If you don't have a good day, don't come here unless you're the first in the line when the restaurant opens.

I normally don't go to this location but the food was nasty the rice is burnt and not cooked and the chicken has a funny taste to it. I do understand that each cooker is different but the only number I could give was a 1 star if I could it would have been a negative 5. I will never be returning to this location again it was a waste of money..
