The food was okay, not the best dim sum place I've ever been, some of the foods I think was salty. Shrimp roasted rice and sesame balls filled with sweet beans were great. There were menus confusing because names on the pictures and names on a order list do not match. The waiters were not friendly, not rude, but seems busy with their phone. It looked like a very popular place it was very busy for lunch on a weekday, but this place unfortunately did not impress me.
We wanted to find a great dim sum place and timwah not disappointed! all we ordered came hot and tasty with authentic taste and absolute satisfaction. they are presented with a picture menu and a paper menu with checkboxes for them to select their order. the time will be returned after payment to them, so they can note what they enjoyed and 't enjoy for the next time -- and it will be a next time! price formation is based on the size of the dim sums. a small one costs $4.25, a medium costs $4.75, etc by fr, which are $10.99 and full size orders from the kitchen. Overall, the prices for quality and taste are extremely reasonable. some items are damped, other baked or fried, and are split in separate columns on the paper menu. There are also hot tea that was pretty good. they have also filled beer on the menu, kirin ichiban and asahi. the dimme slabs were excellent, but we also ordered the salt and pfeffersprimp and bbq pork die fry reisnudel and let me say they were both super! reminded me of chinatown in manhattan. we also ordered the steamed bok choi for a veggie option and they were served very well steamed with a tasteful diving sauce, but not on their own frizzy. pro tipps: pick up the suppenknödel by hand to avoid a hole in the floor as they can stick on the paper. order the fried garnel ball, but cut them apart with a fork (they will supply plastic on request) then eat with their sticks. the inner sides are extremely hot and in a hole to bite could burn their mouth. but the taste is crazy, so don't miss it! Pros:Great taste! great prices! very clean. friendly service. Negative:Service is a little missing. No one came by after we ordered us to check for more water or tee. empty steam trays stacked on the table side were not removed. restaurant is not huge. at about 11:30 o'clock on Saturday morning all tables were full. the tables could be tilted faster if they were back to the table to check on them, as we had to box home and wait the check after a past. no problem as we were so full and happy to sit and chat, but a thought for the restaurant to sit more people.
Hands down my favorite place for all things Dim Sum! The food is always super delicious and every single penny worth it! Can never get enough of this place. I recommend everything on the menu and Mango Mochi for Dessert is always my way to!
After we looked around in the opposite of jacksonville and read previous reviews, we decided to give a shot to another small business. to the midday and immediately greeted and sat. menu has pictures and we were given a scratch sheet to check what we wanted. super easy! this amount has not been disappointed. super fresh and hot. place them very clean and server very friendly and helpful. will return
This is by far the best meal I have had. Ever. We tried a variety of dishes and they were all very flavorful! It took about 20 minutes, but we came during a rush and the food is made fresh. My favorites were the shrimp balls (not pictured , the shrimp and chive dumplings, and the lucky cat taro buns (tasted like pancakes!! . I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
