Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónOrder online and came past 2 minutes with time. Waiting for another 13 minutes to watch when they stacked smoothes in their cooler without asking my name. This place needs a pick-up place for the customer or to be much more attentive.
Just picked up my online order and the peanut paradise was supposed to be minus banana,add blueberries,and no turbinado. Unfortunately this was not the case and my wife can't drink it. My smoothie and wrap were correct and very good. Tried calling the store but Noone would answer the phone even though they are open until 9pm and it's just 8:30. Very frustrating!!
We've ordered from here 3 times in the past month. They got our food completely wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The first time we figured honest mistake, gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time we started questioning their competence, and after today, we'll never order from here again. These aren't just issues with a missing ingredient or something, they are making the completely wrong items. Our order says Shrimp Flatbread? They make it chicken. Order a wrap? They send you a quesadilla. I don't like to leave bad reviews unless they are warranted, but this is the most inept team I've ever encountered.
I ordered a Jerk Bowl but received a Lettuce Box. There were trace amounts of rice and chicken hidden within but pretty poor presentation. It felt like I was eating a salad which is exactly what i was trying NOT to order.
People are very sweet and seem like they want to help. However, I think drink training and food safety needs to be addressed. Both my and my friend's smoothies were basically ice and tasted like nothing. I asked to have my remade and reminded the staff member of what I ordered and she made it incorrectly and added kale to which I did not order. One of our smoothies was given to the wrong person which caused us to wait longer as well. Upon arriving home ready to eat, a few bites in my friend opened up her wrap which was filled with brown soggy lettuce. Again very friendly staff but as someone who comes from the food industry, I believe periodic training to touch up skills and remind team of food safety and regulations needs to be visited.
