I love this place. I could literally eat here every day. The smoothies are delicious and the food is healthier than other places. I appreciate the reward program. As much as I eat here, I also gained the benefits of free smoothies.
The food and the smoothies are great, but I have now ordered the edible straw three times to go with my smoothie and never get one of them over the delivery. It's not much, just 99 cents, but it's frustrating. You need to check better order completion before picking up by delivery drivers.
Usually pretty good, but black girl gives me my drinks and says you? It used to be the business, says thank you, but I guess times change. I guess when I saw that both drinks weren't normally filled, I wondered why
When I arrived at the Crown Point/San Jose location to pick up my online order, there was no listed or visible sign for online order pick-ups. The front register person directed me by only pointing in the direction of the other employees making orders. Thrown off by the unprofessionalism, when the order was bagged and handed to me, all 3 combos were missing a side. Also, 2 of the 3 smoothies had a good amount of smoothie missing from them. Prior to this, I've been to this TS location many times and picked up online orders in the past with no issues. I thought that the logic of bag checking for missing or incorrect items only applied to fast food orders but it seems that items missing from orders have no restrictions no matter where you go.
