While I understand both sides of the counter, no one was rude during my visit except the employees. the cashier has not greeted any customer, thank each customer and was just unpleasant. they had actually visited my youngest one, but there were several occasions they had not. I will not return to this place, just because of the rudeness of the staff.
Haven’t visited for awhile because this location is a hit or miss, but very rarely a hit. This visit, I ordered what I usually do: a brisket sandwich with curly fries and sweet tea. They said they were out of curly fries AND sweet tea. This was disappointing but I still wanted the sandwich and I was not in the mood for anything else, so I order crinkly fries and a hi-C instead. I go to eat my sandwich, and there is no mayo and the cheese was definitely not Gouda cheese that is supposed to come on that sandwich, so it tasted very off. The fries were crispy, that’s why I gave 2 stars, but for spending nearly 8$ I didn’t get a single thing that I wanted and I’m honestly sick of this location not being able to handle such a simple order. Arby's should pay someone to quality check orders and maybe a new manager to do inventory at this location because I don't ever want to go here again due to the massive headache I get from this place every time I visit. It’s sad because I love Arby’s, I’ll just have to stop eating it until I can find another location.
Store #8344 has not rebounded well after the reopening of it’s dine-in service. There is some kind of disconnect between the walk-in customers and the beleaguered staff. Serving dine-in customers may be more than the staff is equipped to handle.It is not unusual to be left hanging out at the order counter while staff is busily filling drive-in orders and Door Dash orders and unable to give a quick “ Welcome to Arby’s “ greeting to those who plan to dine-in. Why? Why would you not let customers know the wait will be worth it?The grim atmosphere is not pleasant. No smiles, no friendliness. I have been met with the “ just doing my job “ attitude for the last time at this Arby’s. I am sorry if the company cannot get people who want to work there , or probably anywhere else either. Too many workers haven’t been properly trained and given a chance to learn the job before they have to take on a full load. Not fair. Some have no previous experience interacting courteously with strangers and they are not equipped to deal with frustrations . If criticized they are hotly reactionary, instantly.Arby’s has a great selection of food on it’s menu, good prices, pleasant dining room, with food made ready in a very timely manner. We love Arby’s.Stop offering the senior discount if only the shift manager can process it. The shift manager is trying to keep many balls in the air and cannot just drop some of them to come to the cash register repeatedly. The manager has enough stress already.
I received the wrong order at the restaurant. When I called to inform them, nobody answered the phone. I had ordered the French dip and even requested the Au Jus sauce, but instead, I was given a Greek gyro.
