Although it's good food, it shouldn't cost $30 for a bowl and burrito with queso and chips

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. If you want good service, I recommend going during the day shift. The women working in the morning were friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we wanted to return. However, when my husband and I went back in the evening, it was a disaster. We felt rushed and my order was incorrect and dry. I would have given this restaurant a 2-star rating, but because of the great service we received in the morning, I am giving it a 4-star rating. We will definitely be back, but only during the day.

We are visiting from another city and had never heard of Pancheros before, so we decided to give it a try. It was fantastic! We ordered a chicken burrito, chicken quesadilla, chips and queso, and steak tacos. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great meal.

Whenever I have the opportunity, I dine at this restaurant. The food is incredible and the customer service is exceptional.

Okay. where do I start? for beginners, if they want the best service, they would like to go during the day shift! if they don't care that they have a good experience or service, go to the evening. the women on the day great they with a smile, warm, friendly that they want to come back. When my man came back the night, it was a total catastrophe. we felt hurried, although no one else was in the line. my command was wrong, it didn't have everything I demanded (because of the guy who listened to me halfway) both my burrito my manne burrito were dry. if it wasn't for the most wonderful experience we had this morning. I would give this restaurant a 2 stars. but because of the wonderful experience that the women on the day shift, I give them a 4 stars we will be back, but during the day only?!
