Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe vegan dishes are labeled. We just had sushi. Overall it tasted but partly a little fad.
There are clearly marked vegan options here and the vegan selection is very large. We tried two vegan menus with different sushi variations and were thrilled! There was edamame for the starter
A few months ago they started offering vegan sushi with fake fish, and it’s a game changer! It’s so good and the fake salmon is super realistic. Even my omnivore friends that have tried it say it’s almost better even than real salmon (of course, since nothing had to die for it! . Only problem is it’s pricey, but sushi always is. Definitely worth splurging for a special night.
The vegan options I've had the opportunity to try are excellent (and about as healthy as a bowl of rice can be, if that is what you care about). My personal recommendation is the vegan bowl, which is made with seaweed, tofu, hummus, various vegetables, a vegan teriyaki sauce, and rice, of course. Considering it is good quality vegan sushi, the price is okay. There could be more vegan sushi rolls, as those are limited to cucumber, avocado, and one with carrot, avocado, hummus, rucola, and sesame seeds (there is a larger selection of vegetarian rolls).
