Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI placed the order drive thru. They told me to wait at the front door . What kind of drive thru it is if i need to wait at parking every time.
I got yelled at in the drivethrough window while trying to get my google pay to work. Then when I tried taking out my card from my wallet the employee yelled 'hello ' while i was obviously trying to give them a form of payment, then they told me to drive around again and come back when I was ready. there was no one in line behind me.
My first time in a Wendy's and the staff is nice, but the food wasn't right for me.Parking: It's a big parking lot for a mixture of shops
Our order took a long time to make and then it wasn't correct. Part of the order was made and placed on the counter while they made the rest of the order so then the first items were cold. We did not get our drink cups.
The fries and hamburger were served cold, indoor dining and the bun on the burger was stale.Mention it to the manager excellent customer service immediately wanted to replace my sandwich at no charge.This location and other locations and other fast food restaurants are getting too pricey the value is no longer there for the money.
