Dinner was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was elegant and inviting. We had appetizers, entrees and desserts. The duck was perfect and the watermelon balsamic sorbet was to die for. Parks was our waitress and she was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She made our visit more enjoyable.

My husband and I are foodies who one time (okay, so really more than one time) drove 16 hours just for ice cream. When friends suggested dinner at Gourmet and Company, my memories from eating there years ago were good ones, so we agreed. While this place doesn't look like much from the outside it is in a strip mall it has a serene and elegant interior. It was a beautiful evening, so we opted to eat outside on the patio. Our server was excellent; he was attentive and very professional. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and among the 4 of us we had a pretty good sampling filets, salads, grilled salmon, and a vegetarian pasta dish. The goat cheese salad was hands down the best salad I have ever had! My husband and I don't eat meat and we agreed this meal was easily in our top 5 meatless meals since we went vegetarian over a year ago. For dessert, our party had the chocolate mousse cake, the caramelized banana bread, and the hand held peach pie. This was a flawless meal and we all agreed we would return soon.
