Watch your receipt! We were supposed to get free Queso and chips and she charged us anyway. She did credit us after we brought it to her attention.

This place must be having trouble finding, keeping people, and training people. The last two times my burrito tore as they were wrapping it, which is odd because the amount of filling keeps going down. So they had to double wrap the burrito. This lasttime I asked for it to be double wrapped and the guy making it single wrapped it and tore it. The last few times they haven'ttightly rolled the burrito and this time was so bad they gave me a bowl and a fork. I guess I should have gotten a burritobowl. Much better than Chipotle food wise, but someone needs to do a better job of training. The one down 94 in Occonomowoc isfantastic. It just seems to be this location. Other than that everyone is friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean andthere usually isn't much of a wait. And they're open late which is a bonus! Unless things improve with food prep though I'll bespending my money elsewhere.

Chulula chicken is flavorful. Service is not very friendly. Portions are exceedingly small. Customers are actively asked to pay tips for fast food self service very odd and insulting. What's next, required tips at the drive through?

They do not wear hairnets while working here. Two people had their hair practically over their face. It was pretty disgusting. Then, when I was getting my food, the lady in black must have burned her finger (or cut it) on the grill making thechicken?so she kept putting her finger in her mouth and then doing the chicken. Took forever to get food because they are doingtake orders as they are doing regular orders. Someone must have spilled by the beverage area, because it was completelywet. So Disappointed. I?m nervous too eat my food now! There is a LOT of things that NEED to change at this place! About615pm on a Sunday 8/21/22

Staff preformed well, but there is several parts left unclean in seating areas and especially under the drink machine. Kinda makes me worry about the parts we can't see, like the kitchen.
