Mexican pizza was made in a hurry and burned completely hard with top crust...bad experience around
Had commanded a simple one today. 2 grilled cheese burritos. 2 large drinks and 2 chips and cheese. They tried to give me another command in the hard disk. it took 15 minutes to correct the order while I sat there. not sure what happened. after all my order was right.
I understand that they are most likely understaffed, but customer service is still free.I did an online order and chose to pick up in store. When I got there I tried to open the doors, but they were all locked.I then proceed to the drive threw where I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker without even a hello. When someone finally came on, I told them I had an online order and they told me to drive to the window. After 15 more minutes of waiting, they finally brought out our meal. Not trusting the service thus far, I checked our items in the parking lot since we had a rather big order. Luckily I did because we had two meals missing from our order. So around to the drive threw we went again, where we waited again for someone to acknowledge us. We told them what was missing and drove around to the window. Once at the window they asked again what was missing. 5 minutes later they came back to the window to tell us that they were out of meat and it wouldn’t be ready for 28 minutes. No options were offered to us beside wait for 28 minutes or substitute our order with something else. With 4 crabby children in the car we opted for substitutions just to get out of there.We’re not big on fast food, but haven’t had Taco Bell since before Covid so we were excited to go, but never again. It was expensive for a warm mediocre at best meal. Highly disappointed.
Zero stars if can. Horrible for months. Ordered, told after we paid they don’t have steak or chicken. Paid- got no food after 30 mins stuck in line. Manager yelling at her employees and blaming them. Poor kids should quit. Location should just shut down. 0/10.
