Worst service ever, our server got everything wrong, I ordered grilled chicken salad with balsamic dressing and a cup of soup, My husband ordered chicken and French toast, granddaughter ordered chicken strips with ranch. After an hour our food came out cold, we had no silverware, no butter or syrup, no ranch and no salad dressing oh and no biscuits. By the time the butter and syrup came out the butter wouldn't melt on the cold French toast, our waitress offered to microwave it for him but since his chicken had a weird (bad taste) he just sent it back. The waitress offered to bring me my soup as she was dropping off the check. Now we are on our way home from vacation with 9 hours still to drive so of course we said no just take it off the bill. NOT the place to stop if you want to eat and get back on the road. With this all said, we eat at the Cracker Barrel back home in Buffalo all the time and the food is always consistent the chicken always tastes the same, not like here at all.
