I went to purchase a cake for my husbands birthday family dinner and cldnt find the one I wanted. When I started to ask a few question a young lady named Ashley asked me if I wanted her to come out front to help me? I responded yes please! She came out front and explained the differences between the cakes and they were out of the one I wanted...she then said she cld go to the back to see if there were any in the back! I told her that wld be AWESOME if she wld check!! She came back with GREAT news, they had one and they wld even decorate it for me!!! Ashley was nice, smiley, helpful had a great attitude, that is excellent customer service!!! The lady who decorated it for me was the same (I'm assuming she was the manager)!!! They made our family birthday dinner awesome as this was the ONLY KIND OF CAKE my husband wanted!!! THANK YOU AGAIN ASHLEY MANAGER!!
