Great food and fast service. had the d-14 house special and lumpia any yet were both absolutely delicious.

Were not open at 11:30, even though the Open sign was in the door. Posted hours said they open at 10:30. The place looks sad, at if it's permanently closed.

Go there for Filipino food. The dishes taste like home away from home. I thought no one could touch my Uncle's Arroz Caldo, but Kelly's, it's up there.
