McDonald`s - Kaiserslautern

Made a quick stop here for a meal on the way back from the Airport. Bought a McNuggets combo. Average McDonalds

Left waiting for 10 mins Bashful. Ignorant. Place was not even busy, what's the point, a whole counter for "mc" cafe if you ignore gong people are standing there waiting !

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had: The service is slow and disorganized They don't respect the serving procedures (e.g. the McFlurry wasn't filled as it should, had little chocolate and the ice cream had crystals) The inside is dirty... .Won't go back there!

This McDonald's is usually pretty stable, but it gets pretty busy at times. Every time I've been here my wait has been short regardless of the number of customers. The McCafe is full of dozens of drink options as well as friendly service. I'm my... four years of living here, I haven't had a bad experience at this particular McDonald's location.

This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant ever , it went through a refit about 6 Months ago , not sure if this is anything to do with it . Be prepared for At least 10 minute wait in the drive through if...there is only one or two cars in front , anymore then forget it and go somewhere else unless yuh have a lot of time to sit around .
