Baskin-robbins - Kalispell

We came in on a busy night and was helped quickly and with a smile. Bennet has great customer service and an awesome attitude. Keep up the good work!

Couple days ago I stopped in and got two tiny cups of dog ice cream, $4.50 each, and two pints of regular ice cream. Bill was $32. I try to support local businesses as often as possible but premium Ben Jerry's is $5 a pint.

Both mine n my sons cones were empty after finishing our scoop on top. Who wants to eat an empty cone?

I just picked up an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins in Kalispell. Boy is pretty chintzy looking. They did a **** poor job on it and screwed up the writing as well. The place looked dirty, and the customer service was not good. It’s a shame because I always remembered years ago that Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream and the best people working there. No more.

Went there this summer..had to call someone out of the backroom. Their coolers must have been going out..I can get harder ice cream at Dairy Queen.
