Mcdonald's In Wash - Kanawha County

I used the McDonald's app to order food and this McDonald's was the closest to where I lived. They served it fast and prompt.

Food here is always pretty fresh tasting, and everytime I ask for extra salt on my fries for my salt deficiency they always deliver on that. Never been disappointed by anything here, highly recommend thia location if you need a quick bite while you're in the city. Though do be warned they might forget your order exsists like mine. There's been a couple times where they'll just leave my order sitting around not doing anything with it and forget it exists while they serve tons of people ahead of me while I'm sitting there watching them not serve me at all. Even after asking what's going on with my oder they handed me what was sitting around for like half an hour only to get back to my workplace which is only a short walk away to it being luke warm at best. Very disappointing, and a huge let down, especially since this made me almost a whole 10mins late coming back from my break I spent to go here

Always polite and they remember your order if you're a regular, great job to all the staff members.

Not safe. There are homeless people that will camp outside or INSIDE and ask abt money or harass u. I tried getting breakfast and was missing half my order??? I’m Hispanic but speak English bc my country accent makes my Spanish sound weird. Did I know that the chick at the counter was getting frustrated because I didn’t respond in Spanish, yes. Did I care, no. They cheap with the sauces and fries and not in a good area. There is this one older hispanic lady that worked the counter and was the sweetest and super efficient bc she was bagging, doing orders, and helping staff. Don’t come here unless u absolutely have to, it’s not safe

So the lady working there basically has her own policy of giving ur food to homeless people there if she calls your order and god forbid u miss it. Which wasn’t a problem for me cause I would happily buy the meal for the homeless. But stealing my money with that attitude was impressive Give her a raise rn! Bunch of thieves!
