Absolutely poor customer service. I walk in and there is one person in front of me, getting a door dash order. A lady walks in after me and sits down. The guy gets his door dash and the woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge me, left from behind the counter, goes to sit in the booth with the woman that came in after me and proceeds to look at something on her phone. I stand there for a couple minutes, still no acknowledgment from ANYONE, AS IF I was totally invisible, so I walked out. Ridiculous... at least say I'll be with you in a moment or SOMETHING. I will never return.
I ordered and charged for 3 chicken taco supremes because they said their beef got recalled because it made people sick and they were out of everything else. What I got was 3 flour tortillas with 2 small pieces of chicken on each and a sprinkle of cheese and lettuce. No sour cream at all no tomato etc. This was at 8/21/22 11:16 pm cashier Hollynn order 341446. I tried calling literally 30 times and they refused to answer the phone. Needless to say, I want my money back.
We've fallen in planning. An employee said someone will be with you in a minute when my answer was good. They were busy driving thru orders. We waited and waited. Then we tried to place our order even the machine. I couldn't find out. There is no Quanity button. So we waited more and I started miffing, so we just didn't go out with anything. It would be nice if you had Keto friendly Taco Shells. They were made with almond flour.
With my meal ordered Nachos Grande, had very little toppings on it. The fried beans were dry, barely taco-meat. It was just not that far.
