Auntie Anne's - Kansas City

Pretzels were big and fresh compared to the other locations. I think this branch is the best in town.

This location is great and you get Cinnabon with it. I just dont like that your sauce cost extra. If you want cheese or icing for the pretzels.

You can never go wrong with Auntie Anne's Cinnabon! I got the cinnamon pretzel nuggets and as always I'm never disappointed. The workers were very friendly and super helpful. There is no seating in this establishment which was fine since we wanted a snack and to shop. The amazing smells hit you as soon as you walk in, along with very friendly faces. I definitely recommend this place!

Don 't bother. Apparently they only make 12 cinnamon rolls per hour with no exceptions, even during the holidays. We were a group of 11 and they only had 2 rolls. No apologies, the guy just said it 's our policy and we usually don 't run out. We were shopping so he could have offered to make more, but didn 't. Very poor service.

Wow! I cannot say good enough things about Erik and his team at Auntie Anne’s pretzels on the Country club Plaza. We hired them for a late night snack for our daughters wedding and he was so very friendly and delivered the pretzels, warm and on time! They were a huge hit. Five star service, and I would definitely recommend for any event!
