Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThere was no kind of service in the arcade and several games were in Err mode or Coming soon. We had a great time playing and picking prizes. I'm sure I will try them again.Kid-friendliness: I never saw an unhappy child during our visit. Most of them were bowling.
Went to spend an evening with family.Pros: Bowling was fun, we enjoyed being able to add profile pictures. The kids loved the gravity walk. It was a fun atmosphere.Cons: Several of the games weren't working but took credits, we got tired of going back to the counter to ask for credits. Half of the Lazer tag vests/guns didn't work (most of the scores on the screen were zeros and the game was FULL.For as expensive as the activities and game passes are, you expect them to work properly. I'd rather see out of order signs then feel like I got taken when the credits are removed from my card without game play.
Came in for the kids to play. I had the loaded fries while I waited. Hostess and server were attentive and helpful. Server did a great job of getting what I needed in a timely manner and without having to stop by multiple times, which was perfect! The fries were hot and delicious, a tad salty. The music is really loud, but I suppose that creates the atmosphere and stops you from having to listen to kids screaming. Might be worth the trade off.
A bunch of ppl standing in front of the front door smoking. The kids are being exposed to deadly chemicals. I bring the issue to the front desk ppl and nothing was done.
Great place for the whole family to have some winter fun indoors! The price for a family of 5 to play bowling, billiards, laser tag and quite a few video games was a little over $200. We did play for 5 hours so it was a great value. The food was tasty and not insanely priced either. All around the staff was pretty good for as much as they had to do!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly in activities but as big as it is and as many people I would not let your child go off on their own because you can't see them from a single spot.
